Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age at time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required upon request. Employees of Krist Oil Co. and all individuals involved with the giveaway may not participate in the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Giveaway. To enter the giveaway to receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules. By entering you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Giveaway will take place October 1st, 2025 to October 14th, 2025. The Sponsors reserve the right to extend, shorten or alter the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion.
Winner will be announced October 15th, 2025.
To participate you must be a Krist Rewards member, tap the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour Giveaway special on the home and fill out the entry form. Applicants will need to enter first and last name, phone number, zip code, email, and agree to Official Rules. Be sure to enter all correct information. Applicants may only enter once per day. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or agents will void all entries by that entrant. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
FOUR winners will receive 2 tickets to the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour happening in Harris, MI on November 7th & 8th. Tickets are only good for one day of the event, date will be specified on tickets.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-divisible. Any difference between the retail value and actual cost will not be awarded. All features of the prize including size, color, and variety of each prize will be determined by the Sponsor(s). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. No substitution will be made except as provided herein the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes or fees associated with the prize. Winner may be required to fill out a W-9 form. The winner’s personal information including legal name, email, mailing address, and phone number will be shared with companies and sponsors involved. Prize will be brought to the closest Krist location to you for pickup or mailed.

Eligible entries will be placed into a database software at the end of the sweepstakes period and chosen at random.
Winner will be notified by email and/or phone call. Winner will need to provide proof of identification by driver’s license or IRS 2-9 form. Winner will submit to a publicity release within three days from the awarded notification, unless otherwise indicated. Winner will have 3 days to claim and pick-up their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 3 days, another name will be drawn at random. We will draw at random up to 3 times, if the prize is not claimed by the third random draw, the prize will then be forfeited, unless otherwise stated by the sponsors. It will be the winner’s sole responsibility to claim their prize from the designated location once contacted.
