1.ELIGIBILITY:

The Ultimate Monster Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age at time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required upon request. Employees of Krist Oil Company and all individuals involved with the giveaway may not participate in the Ultimate Monster Giveaway. To enter the Giveaway to receive a prize, entrants must fully comply with the Official Rules and by entering entrants, represent and warrant that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Entrants are eligible to win (1) time throughout the Ultimate Monster Giveaway.  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2.SPONSOR:

This Giveaway is sponsored by Monster Energy and Krist Oil Company.

3.TIMING:

The Sponsors reserve the right to extend, shorten or alter the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion.

Prize #1 Giveaway begins on January 16^th, 2023 12:01 pm and ends on March 13^th 2023 12pm CST.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate entrants must have the “Krist Rewards” app downloaded. During the Giveaway Entry Period, go to the “Krist Rewards App” and navigate to the “Daily Deals/Coupons” tab. Under the “Daily Deals/Coupons” tab participants will find the “Kick Off to Fall Giveaway” located at the top. Click the “Ultimate Monster Giveaway” photo and it will lead to an external link to enter the Giveaway. Applicants will need to enter First and Last Name, Phone Number, Address, Email, and agree to Official Rules. If participants are a potential winner, they will be contacted via email or phone based on the contact information entered onto the Giveaway form. Applicants can enter the Giveaway once a day. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or agents will void all entries by that entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. PRIZES:

• Prize: Monster Gaming Table, Monster Corn Hole, Yeti Cooler, Monster Rolling Cooler, and Monster Sweatshirts.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and nondivisible. Any difference between the retail value and actual cost will not be awarded. All features of the prize including size, color, and variety of each Prize will be determined by the Sponsor(s). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. No substitution will be made except as provided herein the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes or fees associated with the prize. Winner may be required to fill out a W-9 form. The winner’s personal information including legal name, email, mailing address, and phone number will be shared with companies and sponsors involved. Prizes will be mailed to the winner at no cost to the winner. Prize will be awarded only if winner complies to all Giveaway rules.

6. ODDS:

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries that are received.

7. DRAWING:

Eligible entries will be placed into a database software at the end of each sweepstakes period and chosen at random.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone call. Winners will need to provide proof of identification by driver’s license or IRS 2-9 form. Winners will submit to a publicity release within three days from the awarded notification, unless otherwise indicated. Winners will have 3 days to claim and pick-up their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 3 days, another name will be drawn at random. We will draw at random up to 3 times, if the prize is not claimed by the third random draw, the prize will then be forfeited, unless otherwise stated by the sponsors.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Released parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, including app errors, printing errors or any equipment associated with the giveaway. Released parties are not responsible for any technical failures or errors of any kind, human intervention or errors of any kind, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused from entrants’ participation in the giveaway. If the giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to a computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical faults, or any other cause beyond the control of the sponsor which affects the administration, security or fairness to the giveaway, the sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminated or modify the sweepstakes at any time.
