No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

1.ELIGIBILITY:

Fuel The American Adventure Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen years of age at time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required upon request. Employees of Krist Oil Co. and all individuals involved with the giveaway may not participate in the Fuel The American Adventure Sweepstakes. To enter the giveaway to receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules. By entering you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

2.SPONSOR:

This giveaway is sponsored by Krist Oil.

3.TIMING:

Fuel The American Adventure Sweepstakes will take place May 25th, 2026 to July 4th, 2026. The Sponsors reserve the right to extend, shorten or alter the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion.

Winner will be announced July 7th, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate you must be a Krist Rewards member, tap the Fuel The American Adventure special on the home and fill out the entry form. Applicants will need to enter first and last name, phone number, zip code, email, and agree to Official Rules. Be sure to enter all correct information. Applicants may only enter once per day. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or agents will void all entries by that entrant. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. PRIZES:

ONE winner will receive (1) $1,776 gift card for Krist Oil, (1) Custom Hydro Flask Carryout Backpack and (1) Blackstone Griddle.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-divisible. Any difference between the retail value and actual cost will not be awarded. All features of the prize including size, color, and variety of each prize will be determined by the Sponsor(s). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. No substitution will be made except as provided herein the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes or fees associated with the prize. Winner may be required to fill out a W-9 form. The winner’s personal information including legal name, email, mailing address, and phone number will be shared with companies and sponsors involved. Prize will be brought to the closest Krist location to you for pickup or mailed.

6. ODDS:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. DRAWING:

Eligible entries will be placed into a database software at the end of the sweepstakes period and chosen at random.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone call. Winner will need to provide proof of identification by driver’s license or IRS 2-9 form. Winner will submit to a publicity release within three days from the awarded notification, unless otherwise indicated. Winner will have 3 days to claim and pick-up their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 3 days, another name will be drawn at random. We will draw at random up to 3 times, if the prize is not claimed by the third random draw, the prize will then be forfeited, unless otherwise stated by the sponsors. It will be the winner’s sole responsibility to claim their prize from the designated location once contacted.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Released parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, including app errors, printing errors or any equipment associated with the giveaway. Released parties are not responsible for any technical failures or errors of any kind, human intervention or errors of any kind, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused from entrants’ participation in the giveaway. If the giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to a computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical faults, or any other cause beyond the control of the sponsor which affects the administration, security or fairness to the giveaway, the sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminated or modify the sweepstakes at any time.
