1.ELIGIBILITY:
Boondock/Krist/Buy Great Oil Giveaway is open to legal residents of the U.S. residing in Michigan, Wisconsin, or Minnesota, who are at least eighteen years of age at time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required upon request. Employees of Krist Oil Company, Buy Great Oil or Boondock and all individuals involved with the giveaway may not participate in the Boondock/Krist/Buy Great Oil Giveaway. To enter the Giveaway and to be eligible to receive a prize, participants must fully comply with the Official Rules and by entering participants, represent and warrant that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

3.TIMING:
The Sponsors reserve the right to extend, shorten or alter the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. Giveaway begins on January 15th at 12:00pm CST and ends on February 5th 12:00pm CST.

There is no limit to giveaway entries per participant. Combination of entries will be accepted. Unless specified, all entries must be submitted during the giveaway period. Potential winners will be contacted by the Krist Team via Instagram or Facebook messenger. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or agents will void all entries by the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

VIP Experience at Bent’s Camp with free drinks
The prize package will take place in February 2024. The package is awarded to the winner and (1) guest at the winner’s choice. Official date of Bent’s Camp Resort VIP experience with Boondock Nation will be February 17th. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and nonvisible. Any difference between the retail value and actual cost will not be awarded. All features of the prize including size, color, and variety of each Prize will be determined by the Sponsor(s). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. No substitution will be made except as provided herein the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes or fees associated with the prize. Winner may be required to fill out a W-9 form. The winner’s personal information including legal name, email, mailing address, and phone number will be shared with companies and sponsors involved. Prizes will be mailed to the winner at no cost to the winner. Prize will be awarded only if winner complies to all Giveaway rules.
6. ODDS:
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries that are received.
7. DRAWING:
Eligible entries will be placed into a database software at the end the giveaway period and chosen at random.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram Messenger via the Krist Team. Winners are responsible for monitoring for prize notifications or other communications related to the giveaway. If the winner fails to comply with the official rules and prize dates, they will be disqualified. Winners will need to provide proof of identification by driver’s license or IRS 2-9 form. Winners will submit to a publicity release within three days from the awarded notification, unless otherwise indicated. Winners will have 3 days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 3 days, another name will be drawn at random. We will draw at random up to 3 times, if the prize is not claimed by the third random draw, the prize will then be forfeited, unless otherwise stated by the sponsors.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Winners of this giveaway release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the sweepstake sponsors from all claims and liability relating to the participation in this promotion. Winners will assume all responsibility and liability for the injury or damage caused by participating in this sweepstakes. In no event shall the giveaway sponsors be responsible or liable to any entrant for any consequential damages caused, arising out of, or pertaining to the giveaway. Released parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, including app errors, printing errors or any equipment associated with the giveaway. Released parties are not responsible for any technical failures or errors of any kind, human intervention or errors of any kind, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused from entrants’ participation in the giveaway. If the giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to a computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical faults, or any other cause beyond the control of the sponsor which affects the administration, security or fairness to the giveaway, the sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes at any time.
