  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Provide essential and accurate information via email/phone.
  • File important documents and keep them organized either electronically or with a paper filing system.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Provide support to departments when necessary.
