WHAT

What is Krist Rewards?

It’s a customer appreciation program. When you make purchases at a Krist location, you accumulate points you can spend like cash. Points can be accumulated in Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Points can only be redeemed in Michigan.

What are my points worth?

One point equals one penny. If you have 100 points you have $1 to spend at any location! You can redeem your points at any time and you do not need to reach a certain point balance before redeeming them. Points can be used for fuel and convenience store items.

What is Krist Kruiser in the Krist Rewards app?

Krist Kruiser is an in-app game that lets you get coupons. Redeem coupons in store at the register. We reserve the right to change and update these coupons at any time. 

What items are not eligible for points?

Restricted items include lottery, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, dairy products, eggs, gift cards, licenses, newspapers, and phone cards.

How do I register my Krist Rewards card?

Pick up a free Krist Rewards card at any participating Krist location. The cashier will then swipe the card and collect the required information from you. Your card is now ready to be swiped at every visit!

How do I use my points?

There are three ways to use your points. Present your enrolled Krist Rewards card to your cashier and tell them you’d like to use your points for your purchase. They will swipe your card and instantly redeem those points. Present your barcode on your Krist Rewards app and have the cashier scan it, the pin pad will ask if you would like to redeem your rewards. Select Alt-ID on the pin pad and enter your phone number, the pin pad will ask if you would like to redeem your rewards. The loyalty card and mobile app are separate, if you have both they will be accumulating points on separate accounts, they cannot be combined. 

How soon after signing up can I accumulate points?

You start accumulating points as soon as you pick up your Krist Rewards card or download the Krist Rewards mobile app and make a purchase. Make sure to present your card to the cashier or your barcode on the Krist Rewards app. It’s that easy!

How do I accumulate more points?

Every time you make a qualifying purchase you receive points. You get one point for every dollar you spend at the store.

How do I check my points balance?

Using the loyalty card you will only be able to view your points balance as the amount you can redeem for your purchase on the pin pad. If you have the Krist Rewards mobile app you can view your points under the rewards tab. Points are posted every night.

Why should I become a Krist Rewards member?

Every purchase you make counts toward your next reward. Why not get rewarded for purchases you regularly make?

My friend received special offers via email/text – Why?

We send special offers to registered mobile app users with a valid email address or mobile phone number on file. They are targeted to customers based on purchase history and our perception of what coupons or promotions you might enjoy most! If you haven’t been receiving them, provide your email and/or mobile phone number and we’ll make sure you get our messages in the future.

Is the Krist Rewards card free?

Yes! No payment necessary.

Are there any means of securing the card in case it gets lost or stolen?

Yes. If you lose your registered Krist Rewards card, contact us and we can get your points and information transferred to a new card. 

Can I get a duplicate card to match my current card number?

At this time, duplicate cards are not available. Each individual customer is unique and we encourage you to have your own personal card number. By doing this, it allows us to provide special offers and incentives specifically targeted to you.

Can I transfer my points from one Krist Rewards card to another?

Yes. Email kristmarketing@kristoil.com and we would be happy to help!

Will my points expire?

Krist Rewards points expire at the end of the calendar year, December 31st.
